Here is an example of my Personal Specification that was created for the job of a ‘Learning Officer focusing on the Arts’. This was created for an assessed task for our Working Towards the Future module. For the assessment we had to submit a targeted CV appropriate for the Learning Officer role as well as this personal specification that listed four skills in regards to the chosen job using the STAR model to explain each of the skills.
